Is your company ready to take Privacy & Security by Design & Default (PbD & SbD) to the next level? Join our hands-on workshop, where the Alexandra Institute will guide you through the D-seal’s Criterion 6, focusing on Security by Design.

What will you learn?

Companies registered under the D-seal will gain valuable insights into working systematically with SbD in their software development. Key elements of the workshop include:

  • Overview of Criterion 6: Gain a clear understanding of what is required to integrate privacy and security into your products and services, from start to finish.
  • Risk Assessment in Software Development: Learn how to identify and evaluate potential risks in your development process.
  • Enhancing Software Security Posture: Get access to a practical tool for assessing and improving your company’s software security posture (OWASP SAMM).
  • Secure Application Development: Learn concrete methods for building security into your applications from the outset, ensuring compliance with data security and protection standards (Code Management).
  • Customer Dialogue on Data Security and Ethics: Discover a practical tool to help you communicate and manage expectations around security, privacy protection, and responsible data use with your clients (Dialogværktøj).

Why participate?

By working systematically with the D-seal and PbD & SbD, your company will not only build secure solutions but also strengthen trust with your customers by demonstrating that data protection is a core component of your products and services.

In this workshop, experts from the Alexandra Institute will provide practical tools and approaches to help you meet the challenges of Criterion 6. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in follow-up sessions with the Alexandra Institute to ensure you reach your goals.
